A hip ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive examination that uses high-frequency sound waves to create detailed, real-time images of the muscles, tendons and soft tissues around the hip.
Ultrasound is particularly useful for assessing fluid within the hip joint and the tendons around the hip that can contribute to hip and groin pain.

This scan is suitable for individuals with a recent injury or experiencing:

Pain when walking, running or exercising
Stiffness or reduced movement
